Melissa has been friendly, easy to deal with and most helpful. She has been proactive and very organized, often making the necessary arrangements for tenancy renewals with ample time given to both parties for negotiations. Additionally, she has diligently followed up on new information/ proposed revision of terms and conditions to help broker the tenancy renewals. I would also like to thank her for her reliability and responsiveness to urgent tenant repairs and most of all, her patience and cooperation with my multiple information requests. Her diligence, professionalism and character is the exception among the industry today.
