With another agency?

If your property is currently managed by another agency, simply click on the document below, fill in the details where indicated, sign it and fax it back to us on 02 8507 2401.

Other Agency Termination Letter

We will do the rest.

You will not have to call your current agency or communicate with them in any way.

We will send the document you have signed to your current agency and make arrangements to collect all your files, keys and other necessary documents.

We will send you a True management agency agreement to you for signature, once you have signed it and returned it to us, you will start receiving the True property management service.
