Kylie, I wish to thank you sincerely for an EXCELLENT job done in succeeding in collecting all the bad debt from the Kostas!  You didn`t give up, and your methodology in collecting showed experience and intelligent and fortitude.

Times are very difficult for me at present, and I just want you to know how appreciative I am that you took on an unpleasant job that you did not cause, and had unfortunately inherited from another agent.

It just shows me what a professional you are at your job, and makes you stand out head and shoulders from most agents in the field.  I can say that because I have been dealing with various real estate agents in several countries for about 40 years, and many fall below standard in their knowledge, dedication, effort and professionalism.
